SORORITY, INCORPORATED
“Leadership is the discipline of building what will outlast you—and the courage to steward it well.”
Greetings. I am Kelli Saizon, President of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Sigma Omicron Zeta Chapter in Gwinnett County, Georgia. It is my honor to welcome you to the digital home of the SenZational Sigma Omicron Zeta Chapter.
Here, you will find the story of who we are, what we value, and how we have sustained meaningful service in this
community for 25 years—a milestone that reflects both our legacy and our future.
Scholarship
Sigma Omicron Zeta is anchored by women who understand that education is not only a pathway—it is a responsibility. Through our Pearls For Progress Foundation, Inc., we award an annual Pearls of Excellence Scholarship to exceptional young women who are high school seniors in Gwinnett County. Our Beyond the Spectrum Scholarship is awarded to graduating Seniors diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in Gwinnett County. Our commitment is clear: ensure that higher education remains accessible, prioritized, and celebrated for students in our community.
Service
Sigma Omicron Zeta has served Gwinnett County with purpose, consistency, and impact. Through Zetas Helping Other People Excel (Z‑HOPE ), we advance programs that strengthen families, support youth, and uplift vulnerable populations. Our initiatives include Elder Care, Adopt‑A‑School, Prematurity Awareness, Domestic Violence Awareness, Autism Awareness, Social Action, Birth Equities, and many more. Our longevity is not accidental—it is the result of sustainable systems, committed members, and a shared belief that service must outlast any single administration.
Sisterhood
Sigma Omicron Zeta is an intergenerational, full‑service chapter grounded in authentic sisterhood and intentional mentorship. Through our Youth Auxiliary clubs—Pearlettes, Amicettes, and Archonettes—we cultivate leadership, confidence, and academic excellence in young girls, affirming our belief that sustainable leadership begins with early investment. Our Amicae Auxiliary, the Zeta Amicae of Lawrenceville, strengthens our reach through partnership and shared service, while the Zeta Male Network amplifies our community impact through advocacy and collaboration. We proudly sponsor the Nu Chi Chapter at Georgia Gwinnett College, supporting undergraduate women who embody scholarship, service, and collegiate leadership. Together, these groups reflect our commitment to building a sustainable, empowered, and future‑ready Zeta community.
Finer Womanhood
For more than 100 years, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated has upheld the principle of Finer Womanhood. Sigma Omicron Zeta continues that legacy with excellence, integrity, and purpose. Our members bring diverse gifts and talents, united by a commitment to serve our organization and community with distinction. We honor our Five Founders by ensuring that our work is principled, polished, and aligned with the standards they set.
