ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS​

​

Must be a person in senior year of high school, attending a Gwinnett County High School.  

 

• Must have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder

• Must be in good standing at school and in the community

• Must submit a complete scholarship application packet with: 

  • Letter/verification of ASD diagnosis

  • Written or video recorded personal statement 

  • Official high school transcript

• Must be accepted into or attending a postsecondary program or institution

• Must meet the application submission deadline

• Must provide verification of enrollment
