SOZ Leadership Academy

The Sigma Omicron Zeta Leadership Academy is a new chapter program that was created in 2022. This program is dedicated to offering comprehensive leadership training and development to its members. Its primary objective is to equip chapter members with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective leaders within the chapter and their careers. The academy provides a platform for members to engage with local-level SOZ leaders, fostering collaborative learning and mentorship.

 

Through the academy, chapter members receive specialized training that prepares them for future participation in the ZOL (Zeta Organizational Leadership) program and conference. This program aims to cultivate exceptional leadership abilities among its participants. By attending the academy, members gain valuable insights into leadership principles, strategies, and best practices. Leadership Academy participants also have the opportunity to learn practical tips and tricks for effective leadership and engage in hands-on activities that demonstrate leadership in action.
